CRYSTALS2LOVE.COM offers free shipping within the United States and Canada on orders over $25 via USPS First class Mail with confirmation. For orders under $25 we offer competitive shipping rates listed below.
All orders are shipped out of Phoenix within 24-48 hours. We use USPS for all shipping .
Our shipping rates are as follows:
First Class: $2.00
Priority Mail: $7.00
Express Mail: $19.50
Global Priority Mail: $15.00
To International Clients: We are not responsible for any duties or customs that may be owed.
Payment Policy: We accept major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Visa and Mastercard) as well as Paypal. We do not accept checks.
Sales Tax: Phoenix residents must pay 8.3% sales tax.
Insurance: Crystals2love offers insurance for your packages which we recommend. Please know that we do not replace or refund any uninsured shipments which are lost. Any loss must be reported immediately to both the freight carrier and to us. After 30 days of shipment date, all claims are null and void. It is the freight carrier who makes the final decision to award an insurance claim. If you have a shipment which has been lost, please email us with your information.
Returns
Crystals2love offers refunds and exchanges on our product within 30 days, with the buyer paying the shipping. We offer full exchanges or refunds for any incorrect or defective merchandise.
Please email us as soon as possible so we can correct the order.
Before you return a product you must email us and receive to return the product. Without this authorization we cannot process your return. Please include all your information in your e-mail so that we can reach you .
You need to include delivery confirmation on any return you make to us. This will make everything much smoother.
