CRYSTALS2LOVE.COM offers free shipping within the United States on orders over $50 via USPS First class Mail with confirmation. For orders under $50 we offer competitive shipping rates listed below.
All orders are shipped out of Phoenix within 24-48 hours. We use USPS for all shipping .
Our shipping rates are as follows:
First Class: $3.50
Priority Mail: $12.50
Express Mail: $30.00
To International Clients: We no longer ship outside of the United States
Payment Policy: We accept major credit cards (American Express, Discover, Visa and Mastercard) as well as Paypal. We do not accept checks.
Sales Tax: Phoenix residents must pay 9.3% sales tax.
Insurance: Crystals2love offers insurance for your packages which we recommend. Please know that we do not replace or refund any uninsured shipments which are lost. Any loss must be reported immediately to both the freight carrier and to us. After 30 days of shipment date, all claims are null and void. It is the freight carrier who makes the final decision to award an insurance claim. If you have a shipment which has been lost, please email us with your information.
Returns
Items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days of the original order. Items returned for credit will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any cost of shipping is non refundable. Before you return a product you must email us and receive authorization from us to return the item. Without this authorization we cannot process your return. All items should be returned to us with a copy of the original invoice in a padded envelope and with a USPS tracking number at: 4629 E Hearn Rd. Phoenix, AZ 85032.
